it will be dedicated to my crazy idea of challenging myself to be a hobbyist blacksmith with the very high aim of being able to smith a good looking knife with damascus steel type blade [link] and proper heat treating.
but that's still a (very) long way to go. so far i have read books and talked to a farrier.
next thing will be building a shed in my garden.. actually the project started as a shed to put my lawnmower in. but then i thought: gah.. why not make it a little bigger and include a comfy little workshop ftw.

as for the new screenname.. the telchins originate from greek mythology and are volcanic demons that were believed to be sorceres and weather makers. they were able to shift shape.
and most important: they were known as skilled metallurgists and have made items such as the the sickle of kronos and poseidon's trident.
